To return items, if you are in the Nashville TN or surrounding areas, you may bring it in store with your packing slip and invoice.

For a shipped return, you have 14 days after recieving the merchandise to request a free return label by emailing customerservice@empireclothing615.com.

Shoes and underwear are all sales final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Eligible items for return, once we have it back in-store, we will give your account a merchandise credit to use on future purchases.
